Hi, I’m Mackenzie.
A 24-year-old Nottingham-based freelance copywriter whose first name gets mistaken for her last on a far too regular basis.
As cliché as it is to say, from overly descriptive teenage diary entries I’d rather not remember to short stories on random scraps of paper, I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember.
Several years, a degree in creative writing and a job as the editor of three Nottinghamshire publications later, I’m proud to say it’s what I do for a living.
Writing copy, editing other people’s and coming up with innovative and engaging ideas has become second nature to me over the last few years and, as a freelance copywriter, it’s my job to put it all into practice to create compelling content that gets you and your business noticed.
I specialise in helping small businesses and other self-employed creatives like myself to communicate better through great copy but I’m always up for a challenge that puts my writing skills to the test so if you think you’ve got one, get in touch.
